Delivery


When will my order be delivered?

We endeavour to ship all orders within 2 business days, and tracking details will be provided to you once shipped.

We cannot guarantee delivery times due to The Baby Boutique using various couriers, however we expect that orders within Victoria are delivered within 5-7 working days, and within 10-14 working days Australia wide.

For orders required by a certain time frame, please Contact Us as we aim to accommodate every request to the best of our ability.

Do you deliver to all suburbs and what is the delivery cost?

We are Melbourne based and we deliver to most locations across Australia. As you proceed through to checkout your delivery fee will be calculated. 

 

Does someone need to be home to receive the delivery?

Yes - to ensure the safe arrival of the order. However, if no one is home to receive the order, it will be requested to be left in a safe place by the courier. If there is no safe place to leave the order, it will be taken to the nearest depot for collection.

 

What happens if I need to change the delivery details of my order?

Please ensure you provide us with the correct address for the recipient as this may be difficult to change with the couriers.

If any details do require updating, please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to make the changes for you. 

If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions, we will not accept responsibility for the failed delivery.

 

What special instructions should I provide?

The more information you can provide about the delivery location the better.

Business Address: Please provide the name of the business and whether your delivery should be delivered to reception, or the concierge service.

Residential Address: Please ensure that our couriers will be able to gain access to the property.

Hospital Address: Please provide the name of the hospital, the name of the ward and bed number if possible.

The Baby Boutique Customer Care Team is available from Monday to Friday from 8.00am-4.30pm. Please contact us and we will respond to your query as quickly as possible.
