Can I select a Delivery Time?
All orders will be delivered between 3 - 5 working days in Victoria and 10 - 14 working days Australia wide. We can not guarantee times due to The Baby Boutique using various couriers.For urgent orders please Contact Us, as we aim to accommodate every request to the best of our ability.
Do you deliver to all suburbs and what is the delivery cost?
At Present, delivery is only to selected suburbs within Victoria for delicate items and Australia for items that can be packaged securely. This is due to some items being delicate and our couriers cannot guarantee their safe delivery.
Please find your suburb in the PDF link below for delivery locations by clicking the links and checking that your delivery suburb and postcode is available.
If your suburb is not listed and your order is processed you will be notified via email of your order cancellation.
As you proceed through to checkout your delivery fee will be calculated.
Does someone need to be home to receive the delivery?
Yes. All deliveries must be signed for unless stated otherwise. A contact telephone number must be provided for the person receiving the delivery as we may be required to contact the receiver.
What happens if I need to change the delivery date and time that is specified?
All tracking numbers will be sent to the customer so you can monitor your orders. Please contact us as soon as possible if there are any issues.
What special instructions should I provide?
The more information you can provide about the delivery location the better.
Business Address: Please provide the name of the business and whether your delivery should be delivered to reception, a loading dock or the concierge service.
Residential Address: Please ensure that our couriers will be able to gain access to the property.
Hospital Address: Please provide the name of the hospital, the name of the ward and bed number if possible. In our experience, some patients are admitted to hospital under their maiden surname so if possible please include this in addition to their married surname.
What happens if I provide incorrect delivery instructions?
Please ensure you provide us with the correct address for the recipient.
If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions we will not accept responsibility for the failed delivery.
If we are unable to deliver to the address provided we arrange for the item to be re-delivered. However, if this occurs, a minimum service fee of $20 will apply.
